       So, a new #introduction as I've moved to a new instance. I'm a writer, currently #writing a memoir about #MentalHealth, #depression, and #walking. I used to be a Liberal Democrat local politician as well as working in academia, but have left both of those behind to focus on own well-being. I walk a lot and did the #CaminoDeSantiago (Frances route) earlier this year, and also run and volunteer at #parkrun. I volunteer at my local foodbank, read a lot, and am a long term #DoctorWho and #SF fan.
