       SC Jack Smith asks Judge Cannon:(1) To delay Trump/Nauta’s trial to December 11, 2023;(2) To file a sealed list of witnesses that Trump/Nauta are prohibited from speaking to about case;(3) For a pre-trial conference under CIPA.
