       @thedude33 I know from personal experience in Alabama that this has been an on going issue since the beginning of the year.  I get a monthly check from a company in Alabama.  They have had to stop mailing checks due to theft inside of the postal network.  Check washing.

       @thedude33 They have scanned images of almost every piece of postage at every post office and mail processing center. Can't they localize the bad guys and put a stop to it?
