       How clumsy am I?I just totally wrenched my arm falling UP the stairs. Better than down the stairs, but ouch.My horrible clumsiness was one of the small reasons I left science; spilling things in the lab is bad.

       @grammargirl As a child, I broke my ankle stepping (or probably more accurately jumping) off a curb to a driveway that was 3" lower.   I feel your pain.
