       @eddyizm Reason is that I currently clean up my self-hosted stuff and merge a couple of domains.The process is relatively simple.1. Create a new account on the instance you wanna move to.2. Add your old account as an alias to your new one3. Start the migration from your old accountYour old account is then informing all the people who follow you that you have moved to a different account so they can automatically follow the new account.You can also export a list of accounts you are following and import it into your new account. You new account is then sending follow requests to them.Depending on how old your account is, you will lose some followers because: 1. There are always accounts or instances which either don't exist anymore or moved themself.2. I think Akkoma instances don't support account migration yet, so people who follow you from an Akkoma instance need to follow your new account manually.But altogether, it's pretty easy to stay connected with your usual group of people :)You might also should take a look at:https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/moving/
