@caekislove @show I don't get the hype that hipsters get for EV. Clearly the technology is not there yet, outside of urban or sub-urban use, the charging times are still pretty steep, not to mention the quick degradation of the battery.

@TheMadPirate @caekislove @show it's the same reason that Washington D.C. chugs along with 32 trillion in debt. They, and EV hipsters, are just waiting for a sudden technological revolution to solve everything.There've been a lot of them in the last century. Just one more, so that 32 trillion debts don't matter any more! Just one more, so that EV-everything can be mandated over night and people won't even mind because the new stuff is so much better!
