       OceanGate 'sub' has no windows or ports - just external cameras and monitors inside. Thinking of a grift where the sub is tethered to the top ship, decends to a hundred feet and then shows the video feed from a robot ROV that does the actual descent - and tells the passengers that they are thousands of feet down. I bet they could do that for less than a quarter million a pop.
