@BrodieOnLinuxFor the government.? About 4-5 years ago today, constantly.That's about the shortest time it takes for the complex bureaucracy of government to push changes. In an non urgent situation2-3 years if it's considered urgent. If it's urgent enough to be causing a public uproar... Only then does it cuts the red tape enough to be pushed through within a year.
