Ok... but they've been claiming these points of no return since the mid 90s and the apocalypse still hasn't shown up, in fact it's not even clear whether there's still a warming trend aside from their heavily adjusted data. If their claims are "obvious exaggerations" then that's all the more reason to ignore them.

At the time it was the fastest production motorbike ever built, 0-100km in 2.5 seconds etc.. top speed of 299 km indicated and made 1100 horse power per tonne. It's one of the most fuel efficient bikes on the planet too. If I kept to the highway limit, 110 km/h, I could travel 100km on under 3 liters of fuel. If I gave it the bejeezes it would empty a 17 liter tank in no time. More fuel, more air, more power and more efficiency means more power per gram of fuel.The most fuel efficient engines on earth are in formula 1 cars.
