@StampedingLonghorn it's not uncommon for people to experience some of these problems some of the time. but if there is a persistent pattern of many of them that you can't break free of, that could indicate ADHD.

@moffintosh yes, but it's a very common experience for people with ADHD to be met with harsh judgement by people, even after the core symptoms have been explained. arguably, "executive dysfunction" and "sensory problems" covers pretty much everything above, but you can't expect people to think like psychologists.
