I think the attitude of foreigners toward mild/default Norwegian cheese might be comparable to my attitude to English Breakfast Tea: how oh how can something this fundamental to your culture be this bad.(Working my way through Christmas presents. It's still tea. I'll still drink it.)(Also, I very much like the Norwegian tasteless cheese and no one can change my mind.)

@clq I'm not here to change your mind, I'm just here to tell you that in England we don't call it #EnglishBreakfastTea - we just call it 'tea'.And whenever you see something called English Breakfast Tea, it usually tastes a little different to what a common British person would drink.I'm not saying one is worse than the other - just that even British people see "English Breakfast Tea" when abroad and get disappointed by it.

@matt I know, I know. I was adapting to the audience. ;)For what it's worth, what I'm currently having is what I believe to be "regular" tea from a gift set I believe was purchased at Harrods.Though, through living in Scotland for 5 years I've been well and truly told that I'm objectively wrong, along with being a "monster" for not approving of the concept of milk in tea....accusations I can easily live with, as long as I get to keep my cheese. :D
