@EU_Commission Nice words, but have you checked and acted upon the hate speech of the governments of 🇭🇺 and 🇵🇱 and 🇮🇹 , among others, or of the various extremists parties in 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 etc plus every party spouting racist, fascist, antisemitic, islamophobic or anti-refugee hate speech - and it's painfully obvious you haven't:Why should anyone believe that you're serious about tackling hate speech?

@EU_Commission in the case of your social media I believe geoblocking some posts to be accessible only within the EU would reduce the amount of hate on the replies.

@EU_Commission - Post is good first step however having policy-as-code and have continuous auditing, notifying to challenge or takedown in time bound fashion and when not done take down legally using technology would be great. This must be built by citizens, open source for reviewing to continuously fix the leaks. There are great minds who want future for all of peace & love, so all we need is to channel their energy to right thing in open transparent way.
