       @parsa @neil Github happened before gitlab I think, so a lot of people initially used it as a hosting site, and before MS took it, it wasn't *that* controvercial.

       @neil The challenge is to do the work of maintaining the forum installation as well as anything else; maybe the myBB will help - phpBB was pretty disliked.
