The little girl had been fucked up on meds for years, was doing good while being homeschooled (no meds), had to go back to school (back on meds) and started self harming. Mother also made her babysit her little bro a lot, which is a lot of responsibility, even for a healthy child. Haven't seen mention of a father anywhere, so I'm guessing he's deadbeat trash.
