Dear #wordpress people, the "publications" sub page of my website (https://www.malteengeler.de/publications/) is getting out of control. I would love to add little drop down symbols that expand every section after clicking (see image for reference).Does anyone have e neat tip? The wordpress installation is self hosted and I feel fairly able to add some code myself but have no deeper web development skills.Thx!

@malteengeler you mean collapsible sections?https://inclusive-components.design/collapsible-sections/the native HTML also provides a <details> element that is automatically styled by browsers, if you want to not fuss about with CSS. https://inclusive-components.design/collapsible-sections/ - and if you happen to use markdown for composing, Multimarkdown parsers (and I think GitHub flavor) may even allow you to write Markdown inside this element.

@malteengeler Relevant search term is "accordion".You can either use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-accordion-and-collapse/ (not tested) or write it yourself in html/js (eg. https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_accordion.asp ).

@malteengeler if you are using the block editor, have a look at GenerateBlocks plugin which includes an Accordion block that will achieve what you want 👍Also, you have some strange repeated output in your custom CSS. Would be worth looking into.

@malteengeler Moin 👋🏻 Was Du suchst nennt sich "Accordion".
