Loving this new 15" MacBook Air. Its native 2880 × 1864 display is super crisp and clear. Although I'm not running it at the "default" resolution but at the easier to read 1/2 rez.

@leo I cannot imagine the number of people yelling at their monitors right now. :P (I do this all the time on my laptop because the poor Intel graphics can't really handle that many pixels for some applications.)

@leo We purchased one for my wife Nancy. She really likes it. I need more horsepower for software engineering projects. I have an i9 16" MackBook Pro...fan always running.I think I'm going to go with a Studio and add an ultra wide screen monitor tilted under my 32", to mimic the 16 I'm used to working on.With a walnut tray to hold the mini keyboard and trackpad in the orientation I'm used to and like.

@leo I admit I was tempted but I‘m sticking with my 13“ Air M2. Battery lasts all day, it’s light & handy and I’m not in dire need of two more inches as I use this at home only as an iPad substitute.

@leo Thinking about buying this MacBook Air for my dad. He is using a Surface Laptop 3 and it starts to fall appart. Wouldn’t the native resolution but selecting the higher scaling produce a better readable font?

@leo Can't justify upgrading from my Touch Bar, M1 MBP. Still super fast 3 years later, but might treat my sibling since they are on a 2017 MBP Intel that won't be getting #Sonoma.

@stammy My wife has this years M2 14" MacBook Pro with the P3 1600 nit XDR display. She runs it at the default 1512x982 rez. (native is 3024x1964 so much higher DPI than the Air). It's subjectively better. In fact, now I'm not so happy with the 15". 😜

@leo Picked it up for my Mother-in-Law to upgrade from an old 15inch 2012 MacBook Pro.. it is wonderful!
