@stuxThe purpose is probably more to avoid assassination attempts. It's usual for convicts that may also be targets to be in a 6 car convoy. All the cars have tainted windows, so a malevolent person cannot know which car to target and can't even get a sniper to do the job

@stux Well, to be fair, at least some of it (the Secret Service and at least some of the cops) is not under his control, but generally speaking his constant need to puff himself up in all ways at all times is sad no matter where you are.
