@funkyduck @vees This feels like something out of one of Cory Doctorow’s short stories and it’s also why I will be sticking to old-fashioned locks with physical keys.

@vees @funkyduck Oh, good. Failing back to something that can still work the old-fashioned way is definitely *not* how these things work in Cory Doctorow stories (see UNAUTHORIZED BREAD).

@vees I recommend the Schlage Connect Z Wave locks. No need for off prem infra, work well, multiple security pins per lock, falls back as high quality deadbolt. Can actuate only off zwave or with combos
