       is there an artist friendly, well federated instance that is not mastodon.art (for earlier mentioned reasons)? my instance is kinda terrible for artists that have an interest in actually getting well known lol

       @schrottkatze Mh.. I probably would recommend one of the pixelfed instances. (pixelfed.social / pixelfed.de)Depends also a bit on what kind of art, because mastodon itself isn't really good when it comes to images, due to the really awkward compressing and limits. (https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/20255)If it needs to be a mastodon instance probably something like mstdn.socialNot really an community related to art but well federated and the team is nice.
