       Even in the very complicated and messy situation the UK Media are obsessing over currently, which is probably the most "wow" situation I've heard of so far. Police should have no right to be able to get involved in that person's life, and prosecution is absolutely not acceptable.

       @james I've never understood why that's even an argument. Most of the times when that choice is given, choosing to risk the mother is also a significant risk to the fetus. There are very few cases in which there is an actual choice where you have any certainty whatsoever that the mother's sacrifice will be worth it.

       @faithisleaping @james and even then it would basically be forced birth if not state-sanctioned murder aka. death penalty.Considering the fact that births are very exensive espechally in the USA, that would basically amount to reintroduction of debt peonage...
