I have been favoring my #OpenBSD laptop to my #Linux laptop a lot lately... Kinda weird, but there it is.

@herag OpenBSD is reminiscent of how Linux was in the golden years of the 90's, except of course, OpenBSD is much, much better than 90's Linux. I think this is one, but only one, of the appeals of OpenBSD.

@soleneIt is... Cleaner. If that makes any sense. Nothing that you could see just by looking at it from a distance. But when it comes time to actually do any work, the way everything is organized and how the file architecture is and the way everything seems to work together better on a low level... It just feels like a clean experience. Sometimes Linux just feels quick and dirty. Less of a unified experience. I'm still exploring, trying to figure out exactly why...

@herag same experience here with #FreeBSD. Sitting a lot more on my ancient Dell 1525 from 2009 while my current "daily" driver with Arch #Linux is collecting dust.
