@hydeUnless it's also on F-Droid, not that I can vouch for.

@hyde Aurora Store is working again for me. An alternative could be using Obtainium, though it is still new.https://github.com/ImranR98/Obtainium

Obtainium works great as an alternative to F-Droid for updating APK's from GitHub. ApkGrabber works great for keeping Playstore apps updated via ApkMirror.

@adamsdesk @hyde you can find ApkGrabber via F-Droid. It hasn't been updated recently but it still works. I use it to check for updates to a couple of Playstore apps I still use. You have to manually download and install any updates it finds but if that's only 4 apps in my case, so I don't mind. Currently I only use Obtainium to update a few Nostr clients but I've been considering uninstalling F-Droid and just using it to install and update apps directly from the authors repos.

@hyde I've been getting that a lot lately so started using ApkGrabber to check for updates. Another thing you can try is logging out and then back in. It will switch between different anonymous accounts when logging out and back in again. @adamsdesk

@adamsdesk ApkGrabber can substitute Aurora Store. It will take you to apkmirror.com to download the updated APK and you'll need to install manually. It mirrors the Playstore APK's so you don't need to worry about different keys causing installs to fail, etc.@hyde

@hyde The community. It is a risk like all other options. apkmirror takes from the source. They are a middle man unfortunately. I would prefer Obtainium, but it's not quite ready for prime time 😄. @jawsh
