       If you're considering leaving #Reddit, don't leave the content that you have created behind for Reddit to monetize on.        @mookieEveryone should take note of this, sites such as these get money from selling your data. The #redditblackout will only do so much to prevent the sale of retroactive data. If you're leaving #reddit for good, and you probably should, then something like this is very optimal

       @gnarkotics @mookie I deleted an 8 and 12 year old Reddit account with over 100k karma combined.  Even if they listen, I've moved on to Lemmy and am done with Reddit.I've left many platform in my wake, Reddit is the latest, probably won't be the last.
