Good luck! If you find yourself wanting more features in the future, look at glitch-soc and its forks. Glitch-soc is basically a Mastodon fork for the instance with the same name with some tweaks and enhancements.

@Flaky @cleanycloth there's other forks of mastodon too. The issue is with them is that mastodons codebase is very heavy compared to pleroma/rebased (haven't seen much about misskey just word it's bloated but not as bad as mastodon).Whatever you run keep it updated. IIRC the frontend is quite bloated but the backend is generally respectable (at least with regards to ActivityPub)
