For my friends on HRT what have your experiences been so far? Estradiol and Spiro are working wonders for me and I look more femme every day.

@elaine I have been transitioning for ~2 years medically. From my first E pill I felt a mental clarity that I had never felt before in my life and that has stayed the whole time. And my insomnia went away entirely after the effects kicked in. Apart from that it has been the usual documented effects - soft skin, body hair thinning out, breast growth, etc.

@spinach I made a clock for me to track the time (https://hrt.catgirl.is/) - it's almost been four months. I'm at AAA cups now but I def want them to be larger so cis people see me as a girl. I'm sure they'll grow more but waiting is hard

@elaine Yeah that’s a difficult one. I would expect your “final breast size” that you attain naturally to take somewhere in the 2 to 5 years range. I’m at a B cup at this point and mine are still growing.

@spinach That's good to hear even an A cup would be nice right now, but I think I'll have to wait several months for that to happen. I just want them to be noticeable to other people, haha. On a good note I just got labs done and my levels are perfect. How long did it take for you to get A cups?

@elaine maybe somewhere in the 6 month range? I haven’t really kept track of breast growth because I didn’t really have chest dysphoria in particular starting out. One thing that can really help if you want your chest to present larger, is to wear padded bras. Lots of cis women wear padded bras too for similar reasons

@spinach@elaine I've heard from numerous people and witnessed first hand from my partner that some people get the most growth after 5 years. My partner for example went from B to DD in the span of a couple of months after 5 years. I myself have had stagnated growth since the 2nd year (as in they grew slowly in the first 2 and then haven't changed at all), but have started to see growth again at 4.5 years, it's only been minor growth but growth nonetheless
