       Don't ever let me into power because I will immediately enact swift and final violence on all of my political enemies.  I'll do a lot of other really fucked up shit, too.  I think I've got some ideas of what would be good for our leaders to do, but, like, for the love of god, never ever allow me to sit in the highest office, or anywhere near it.

       @aka_quant_noir yep, I was making really good money at one point in my life, and it was like one of the worst things to ever happen to me.  Little bit of power changed me, a lot - aside from the effects of the money itself.  I am definitely not a version of myself that I am comfortable with, when I have that.

       @fcktheworld587 Some careers are just bad for personhood, for many people. For me if I had used my law degree, I'm absolutely sure it would have been terrible for everyone.

       @fcktheworld587 On the other hand, in the real world without the pressures of career, I was able to help my grandmother in her last years to not get screwed around. And power of attorney in the hands of someone scared of misusing it can be a boon.

       @aka_quant_noir that also makes sense.  I can see the utility in having a law degree, but could never, myself, practice law, for moral reasons
