       I have a blog. It's not big and famous, but people somehow still look at it from time to time.On rare occasion, someone will email me to discuss it. The signal-to-noise ratio for these email conversations is leagues better than in any other outlet I post to. Maybe it's the relative inconvenience of replying, compared to social media, that filters out the goofy chat in favor of the people who really, really want to talk.Blogs are still a thing. I highly recommend having one.

       @tek blogging as such, oother than ones like yours are so in my mind corrupted by the need to be earning and targeting like video platforms as a lot of videos on the topic would say. but the genuine blogging crowd, purely passion driven, still do exist on some planet (as in the aggregator software) somewhere.

       @baishen I turned off comments a while back. The ones on my site were trending toward spam awfulness.I rarely get email, but when I do it's good.
