@maiamaia All he’s talking about 100% relies on low-quality still frames published by Russian Telegram channels. I would be very cautious about making far fetching statements based on Russian news, because causing such outrage is precisely their purpose.

@Renegade_GDIAnd after watching the video in full, I’m even more disgusted by this Denys Davydov idiot - he’s posing as an Ukrainian youtuber, but at the same time he takes 100% Russian video with “Zvezda News” watermark, and discusses it 100% uncritically thus not only legitimizing this for Ukrainian and Western audience, but not even making a single disclaimer about its possible authenticity etc. And he does that 100% in order to gain more views because that’s the only thing the idiot is interested in, and that’s 100% why Russians posted the video in the first place 🤦♂️@ErikJonker @maiamaia

@maiamaia He didn't "confirm" anything, he's just reporting.Assaulting hardened positions is damned difficult. Mistakes look to have been made there, but it's never easy. And the first waves always have it the hardest - you don't know where the enemies and their defenses are, their forces are fresh, and their ammunition well stocked. You have to wear them down with endless pressure and attrition.

@nafnlaus @maiamaia the report was about artillery but tanks can hardly recon the position of artillery that would be some 15-25 km away in most cases, beyond visual range I mean. Only nice juicy AN/TPQ-53 QRCR could help here, with some decoys, then unleash the Excaliburs, or M31s! At best we had been supplied with only AN/TPQ-36 with shorter ranges. Maybe producing more Zoopark-3 would help?

They claimed Ukraine already tried to destroy the dam in November, and Russian AA defense intercepted 16 or 19... high supersonic M31 rockets. I ain't really notices S-300V launchers there, needed some 4 at least. Maybe 8 as they love to spam two at once. But not any 19 rockets could destroy such thick walls anyway
