       Does anyone know a #DNS client that will interpret TXT values as UTF-8 and not as a string of bytes? (Yes ,I know  the standard does not guarantee UTF-8.) @jpmens

       @bortzmeyer @jpmens for fun I just tried nslookup which, in its basic simplicity due to old age, might have done the job, but it doesn't.
