       Each side is casting blame for the Kakhovka dam incident, media claims both sides are injured, but who stands to gain? It will certainly disrupt the timing of the counter offensive, and a major source of renewable energy is destroyed.  Again, who stands to gain?

       @wauz @Fidoly @HistoPol A Ukrainian politician of this area, who fled his home village recently, said in an interview, that it might be that the Russians did it by accident. They had damaged the infrastructure to lift up the flooding gates a year before, and may be they intended just to blast one door to make the water get out controlled, because there were floods and they had no possibility to lower the water gauge otherwise, but underestimated both the payload and the pressure to the wall .

       @Simone21Maybe. Right now, I say, we just don't know, and it is no use to blame any party as long we don't know.Another problem is, to assess, what media do. All my lifetime, I experienced, that CIA is lieing like hell, and any party, that is associated with them, does so.I never believe anything from their side without strong evidence.Of course, I also know, that any other party might lie, too.@Fidoly @HistoPol

       @wauz @Fidoly @HistoPol Oder sie waren es doch, haben es aber nicht absichtlich getan. Ihre Gräben und Munitionslager wurden auch geflutet, das Land, das sie einnehmen wollten, ist zerstört, von aussen lässt sich der Damm nicht sprengen und die Leute in der Gegend haben keinen Knall gehört, sondern ein Erdbeben gespürt. Die Russen haben die Staumauer schon vor geraumer Zeit vermint. Ist mMn immer noch unglaublich dumm, etwas so Gefährliches zu machen, aber vielleicht wenigstens unabsichtlich.
