I don't really see Sam Hyde as some hardcore white advocate so much as a comedian who skewers prog culture in a post-ironic way. Yeah Sam drops some winks and nods every once in a while but putting the burden on him to "salvage western civilization" is fucking cringe. @node I take your point but I wouldn't put the future of western civilization on a guy who is essentially a RW twitter e-celeb, there's no figure in that sphere I'd rally behind even if I do agree with a lot of them 90% of the time. @PraxisOfEvil Fishtank wasn’t even that bad. Most all of the contestants were well received by the end of the show. And Jet and Sam went out of their way to protect Jon from being sucked into the Ethan Ralph lolcow shitstorm.It’s also inspirational to see a group of White people (men) unapologetically work on comedic projects and make art.
