Because the thread title is "Is it okay to enjoy being feminine" while his message question is basically "Is it okay to enjoy feminine things". I'm guessing the former took precedence in his mind."Is it okay to enjoy being feminine" makes it sound like he's autogynephilic. As they are a lot of the time.
