. .. because it would mean that after being subpoenaed, he knowingly kept a document that he knew was secret. The espionage act requires that the documents have to do with national security. Classification isn't an element, but it helps because it shows that he knows the documents were sensitive.Because the documents were about Iran, it's obviously national security, which that would seem to bring us under 18 USC 793.There is probably more. It is enabled by profit-seeking book printers & publishers. If it wasn't for that sharing of information enabled by books & the internet, I'd have grown up to marry at 14, die at 35, like any other medieval peasant.Capitalism works sometimes & sometimes it's a terrible solution. Ditto for democracy.

Democracy, like any other human institution, has its good and bad features.For example, I don't want a democracy to vote on if certain groups of people live or die. Non-Christians. LGBTQ. Democracy is an OK solution for government. Not a good solution for others.We can't vote whether planes can land at an airport or if a doctor should provide care to women
