@idiot @coolboymew the stagnation of CPUs for so long was truly something to behold. We had 4 cores 4 GHz from like 2006 to 2017. Only when AMD got their shit together did it start moving again

@coolboymew @RustyCrab @idiot I bought a cheap laptop from the local Amazon surplus auction.12 core 16 thread a igpu that is okay and even better a 1080p LCD. It's faster than my mobile workstation from 2012 that I GPU swapped is.

@mimorinka I dunno about that. I don't like modern Square's big games and I love traditional JRPGs. So I still want to play the original first, but so many games to play. I have to finish the Xenoblade 3 DLC and there's the Megaman Battle Network collection too
