       @phundrak Imagine a version of Stumpwm for wayland. I might actually consider using wayland if that happened.In fact, I'd probably be an active contributor to such project.

       @loke Well, there is Mahogany (https://github.com/stumpwm/mahogany) which aims to be a StumpWM-like Wayland compositor, but development is slow (last commit was about six months ago), and it wouldn’t compile last time I wanted to try it.

       @phundrak I'm tempted to take a look, but I'm not in a position where I want to drive such a project. If someone else takes on getting it to run, I'll be happy (no, excited) to help out.

       @loke @phundrak What languages are needed to develop mahogany?Is common lisp enough? Or does one need to learn C as well?
