       @Moon Yes, merely training a neural network with copyrighted material that you're authorized to have access to (i.e. intentionally publicly available on the internet) doesn't infringe copyright, as no copy is being distributed to anyone else.Nevertheless, copyright may apply to the resulting stored data (if you were to distribute that) and the output of such neutral network (if you were to distribute that output).
