Can you open the street so we can actually travel and think about other things rather than being late for everything because every damn route is closed? That would fantastic.Also, if trans and queer people are in danger, I highly advise against gathering all of them into a small geographic area. That's how they get easily spotted and targeted.

I can see where the hate is coming.At the moment, none hetrosexual people are over priviliged to the point that we lose our right to speak if it's against one of the people you're representing. I can speak against Government, religion, doctors, mothers, guns, drugs. I can even argue and speak about how bad the water and oxygen is to the humans and people will take it, or think that I'm crazy. Hopefully they'll think I'm crazy. I can even talk about the holocaust inside of Israel without a fear. But God forbid that I demand to keep my route open because I don't need a 3 hours closer only to feel how "normal" these people are and how we should treat them normally. If they're normal, why the huge campaign and the parades and shit? Slavery didn't end by black people having a huge dance once a year while closing vital streets in the US. I don't know why people think they'll get any rights or love by annoying other people, but they can learn alot from any other oppressed minorities around the globe from the creation of mankind.If they need medical assistant, closing the street with a huge party isn't going to get them any assistant, on the contrary, few years ago it got therm a killing attempt in Israel. I'm sure such thing happened in other countries as well. I hope you get the idea. I don't care for what they are, I just need them to keep it to themselves and act as it's a private thing to have and keep a secret. I don't need to know and I don't need to prodcast my secuality to anyone around me to feel validated. It's not a thing to share and if you're going to share it, you'll need to accept whatever people are feeling about it. Forcing them to accept what you feel isn't going to work. Forcing people to anything never worked before and it will never work.

@Catmama I remember watching LOVE IS LOVE change hearts and minds. It's easy to say now that we need to go further but at the time it was HUGE. And it got marriage equality (although that's still at risk, obviously). In a nation that refuses to pass the Equal Rights Amendment, every step of this will be hard fought. But we're making progress (despite the Rs targeting trans folks; public opinion is against them, and that matters).
