@ken @ProPublica This strikes me personally. It's why I won't get married. When my rights are up on the block, ready to be voted on by people I have never met, they aren't rights, they are privileges afforded by a society that barely tolerates my kind. Because I don't have human rights, I have the privilege to think of myself as human, at least until they vote that away from me and I go back to being a criminal.Oh, and #HappyPrideMonth. LOL. Isn't that rich.
