I would have to disagree.If you are in a position to establish and enforce a caste system/slavery on a lesser race then you are in a position to drive them out or annihilate them. Which is preferable if you don't intend to groom them into integrating into your core population as the generations tick on.No matter how hard you enforce it and no matter how much you try, someone somewhere will fuck a nigger slave.
