       @DeanBaker13 Why is homeownership rate going up among lower-income groups? It isn't new housing, construction is most heavily skewed toward multifamily in decades. No sign of 1-family houses shifting from rentals to homeowners.Only likely mechanism I can think of is lower-income buyers moving into aging condos.
