       I have ~3 months worth of part-time man-hours to finish the world's first freestanding cross-platform software 3D renderer for TempleOS. What the fuck how did this happen to me I started so early this year lmao. I haven't even started working on the game part of the game.Legit, I have no idea what I'm making. I guess a FPS? Does that mean I have to write an AI 3D navigation system? bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuh

       @JelqerSelqr yes, this is a valid idea. The issue is when you have to make lots of one-off assets and unique effects to make that interesting. Though, I think a walking simulator would lend itself to creating a highly stylized aesthetic that fits the limitations of the color palette.Alternatively if I put in the work to make a traditional FPS, I can just start throwing a basic boomer shooter together.

       @crunklord420 man, just make that chud in backrooms bullshit game, just add some jumpscare scripts when approaching or turning corners, no actual enemies or AI, but hey, if you add stairs you'll be ahead of probably every backrooms game there is
