       @Ricardus Have you tried whole wheat crust? That was a big thing in my college days. One local pizza joint made only that. Adds a subtle flavor to a cheese pizza you can't get any other way.Ah, the memories... I made friends with the owner and would often drop by at 2:00 am, when he closed. More often than not, someone had ordered a pie for delivery that they never picked up. Ate a lot of free 'za that way.And what self-respecting college student isn't still up at 2:00 am?

       @RicardusAh, you'll need gluten-free whole wheat flour. Never tried that, myself. Well, as long as it's on SOME kind of crust, it's pizza, and that's what matters, eh?
