@ablackcatstail Easy peasy way to expand available homes and lower prices, is to tax properties at no diffetent rate, empty or occupied. Right now it HELPS jerks raising the cost of sales and rents on housing, to keep millions of them empty, creating a lower supply. And local and state governments help them by taxing empty housing at a lower amount.On just the above post's graphic, it could give city governments a billion in revenue, release millions of homes, lower rental, sale, costs.

@swordplay @ablackcatstail Big money is buying up residences, multi units, single family homes, big money like venture capital. I think thats the battle for housing that needs attentuon action activism and laws, on housing.

@kevinrns @swordplay Right here in my home state is BlackRock Financial's headquarters. They're doing just that. You should see the security involved. They've got it locked down as tight as a military installation.

@ablackcatstail I hope you are donating from your own pocket to help.When I worked in China, for a multi-national, it was remarkable to see the attitude difference between the colleagues in USA and in China.USA; a lot of talk and activism that someone else should do something. China; individuals organized charity, from auctioning donations at work, to collecting old clothes, toys, kitchen utensils, ++ and PERSONALLY driving the collections to needing rural communities in China.
