       The “Freedom” Caucus seems upset today about the budget deal. I suppose any compromise would get their panties in a bunch. But watching them go apoplectic over a reasonable one is really something to behold.

       @georgetakei Biden got:- The GOP won't force a default and tank the economy.Republicans got:- Substantially increased work requirements for SNAP until 2030.- Non-defense spending is capped at a 0% increase in 2024 & 1% in 2025. With inflation that's a 4-5% cut in non-defense spending.- VA medical is fully funded. However, since it's not part of the defense budget, this means all other non-defense spending takes yet another cut proportional to VA spending increases, since non-defense spending growth is now capped at 0% & 1% for 2024 & 2025.So instead of fighting back, Biden - a Democrat - negotiated with the GOP terrorists and sacrificed social service, along with everything else that's not part of the armed services.

       @Frances_Larina @georgetakei maybe if you spent less time attacking Biden for having to deal with reality and more time making sure the GOP doesn’t have seats to begin with, Biden, a Dem, won’t have to negotiate with the GOP.
