       Math Warning!1 gallon of stuff. Put aside 6 cups. 10 cups into the alembic. 3 cups of alcohol come out over the next several hours of distilling. 1 cup of backsweetening (1 small can pineapple juice, 1 cup blueberries, about a quarter cup of vodka) into the 6, plus 3 cups of booze.If my math holds, I have about 30% ABV, or 60 proof Blueberry/Pineapple brandy.  Gonna let it set for a few days to recover, then taste.Outta be yum.
