       I know a big chunk of #BlackMastodon folks were heading to #BlueSky but there’s been an obscene amount of anti-blackness in the past few days that quite a few bipoc people have left the platform or are considering doing so until a real effective moderation platform is introduced as a team of ten devs is not enough to handle 100K users without people dedicated to T&S.

       @eveiswurzigThis sort of discourse is exactly what I responded to in the piece I linked. The fediverse is not a product. There's no management hierarchy that can change things across the whole network. If people want the way it works to change, they have to explain how, in detail, to the (mostly) volunteer workers who craft the software and run the instances. Or create their own.Once the impossible has been ruled out, those are the two options. If you can think of others, enlighten me.
