       @aljazeera I took this photo in the main plaza of Arequipa in 2011. I'm not here to excuse Naziism at all, but pointing out that young people in much of South America see Nazi emblems as generic symbols of transgression or rebellion, no more genocidal than a US college student wearing a Che shirt.
