       After using Ivory for a full day on my Mac, I love it. I wish I could do a few things (like hide any notification other than mentions) but it is really an upgrade from the web interface.I guess this shouldn't surprise me as the only thing that kept me on Twitter for as long as I was there (before it became a fascist haven) is Tweetbot. The Tapbots folks really do know what they're doing!

       @dustinrue I have those set but it still shows the notification dot in the sidebar even with those disabled and I find it incredibly distracting.

       @chris seems like this is a common thing even with the official Mastodon apps, or those based on it. I get the same thing on Android with Megalodon.@dustinrue

       @seth I've looked at it but Ivory really is what I've wanted in apps, especially in Mac. I can live with this one annoyance. @tim @dustinrue
