       when I was in grade school, there was a stated rule... @memes_1336 ... no SWITCHBLADES.And no pocket knives OVER 6" long.  Most boys ~did~ carry a smaller one.Switchblades were always associated with lowlifes and danger. Pencil thin mustaches with greasy combed back hair.  Mysterious bad stuff in the dark.I didn't even SEE one until I was in maybe 5th grade (in another kid's garage).
