       Shot in the dark, but does anyone know of a divorce lawyer in southern california that works for cheap to help women get out of abusive relationships?A friend of mine's husband is trying to trap her by making her sign a contract saying she wont divorce him until their 2yo is 18. He's a fucking asshole and I want to help her get out, but she can't afford a lawyer.(boosts welcome)

       I'm like 80% positive that this contract he's given her is illegal and completely undefendable in california courts, but she needs real legal advice.

       @twipped not sure how a lawyer could make him stop trying to make her sign contracts that are probably impossible to get a court to support, but it might be useful to get divorce advice from one

       @twipped I wonder why the marriage rate is falling.So, let me get this straight. "Until death do us apart" is ok, because it means nothing to you. But "until we can ensure a good childhood for our kids" is unacceptable because this time, they mean it enough to actually get it written down in legalese.I fucking hope you die alone and don't ruin a life of some man or his child.
